Martin Krauss has over 25 years of experience in the area of clinical and epidemiological studies, including work in biometry, statistical consulting, SAS programming, clinical research, phase I IV trials, post marketing surveillance, quality assurance, structuring and optimization of processes, project management in national and international studies, medical device investigations, speaker in seminars in biometry, GCP and medical devices.

Martin Krauss studied statistics at the LMU in Munich and initially worked in epidemiology, including a year in Lyon at the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC). He then moved into the CRO sector and held positions ranging from statistician and project manager to managing director of a biometric CRO. In 2002, he founded FGK Clinical Research GmbH with colleagues and, as Managing Director, expanded the company to its current size of around 230 employees as a European full service CRO. Since Nov ember 2017, he has also been President of the German CRO association BVMA.
